Projects are considered active when automated tools have been used to test the project during the current month.
Newly created project will always be considered active for the current month, as they are scanned automatically upon creation.
Projects that are scanned and tested by the quality monitoring system (which will be made available soon) will also be considered active.
Even if an active project is deleted, it will still count towards your quota for the month, as it was active during this period. Creating a new project with the same website URL will not count as a new active project, as it is the same website. However, changing the URL of an active project for that of another website which is not already an active project of yours will count as a new active project.
Your trial ends after 14 days if you haven't upgraded to a paid plan.
Once that 14-day period is over, your account will be reverted to our free plan.
You will still have access to your projects, but you will no longer have access to the recommendations from our suite of automated tools.
If you had created a team, you be no longer be able to access it or its projects until you upgrade to our Small Team or Business plan, or until you transfer ownership of the team to a user who is on one of these plans. To transfer a team's ownership, please contact us.
As many as you like!
There is no limit to the number of projects you can have; only active projects are counted towards your monthly quota.
This allows you to keep an archive of your status and progress in the quality control process, and to pick up where you left off whenever you want.
Yes! Every user can join teams.
Joining a team will give you access to the features and quotas of that team, but only for team projects. Your personal projects will still be limited to your plan's quotas and feature set.
Team projects count towards the quotas of the team's owner. This quota is shared by the owner's personal projects and their team's projects.
This means that a user with a quota of 100 active projects could have, for example:
Team owners can still be participant of other teams of which they are not the owner. The projects in those other teams do not count toward their own quota.
Each account with team creation privilege can create one team.
If you need to create more than one team for your business, we recommend creating multiple accounts.
